CLASSYRITTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date:  Tuesday 2nd June 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Classyritty mobile application, website, payment services, wallets, virtual cards, money transfer services, payment links, merchant services, and all related products and services provided by Classyritty Ltd (“Classyritty”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using any Classyritty service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To use Classyritty services, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old.
* Provide accurate and complete registration information.
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Successfully complete identity verification requirements where applicable.

Classyritty reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity that fails to meet these requirements.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are responsible for:

* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
* Protecting your account against unauthorized access.
* Promptly notifying Classyritty of any suspicious activity.

You remain responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. WALLET SERVICES

Classyritty provides electronic wallet services that enable users to:

* Receive funds.
* Send funds.
* Hold balances.
* Make payments.
* Fund virtual cards.
* Conduct approved financial transactions.

Wallet balances do not earn interest unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. MONEY TRANSFER SERVICES

Users may send and receive money through Classyritty subject to:

* Successful verification checks.
* Transaction monitoring.
* Regulatory compliance requirements.

Classyritty may delay, reject, or cancel any transaction where fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, or suspicious activities are suspected.

5. TRANSFER FEES

The following charges apply to transfers:

Transfer Processing Fee

* ₦50 per transfer transaction.

VAT Charge

* ₦70 VAT charge per applicable transaction.

Classyritty reserves the right to revise fees at any time upon prior notification to users.

Additional fees may apply for premium services, international transactions, card services, or third-party processing.

6. PAYMENT LINKS AND MERCHANT SERVICES

Merchants may use Classyritty payment links and merchant tools to:

* Collect payments.
* Issue receipts.
* Track transactions.
* Maintain payment records.

Merchants are solely responsible for:

* Products and services sold.
* Customer disputes.
* Refund obligations.
* Compliance with applicable laws.

7. VIRTUAL CARD SERVICES

Classyritty may provide virtual card services subject to availability and partner bank requirements.

Users must not use virtual cards for:

* Illegal activities.
* Gambling where prohibited.
* Fraudulent transactions.
* Sanctioned activities.

Classyritty may suspend or terminate card services at any time where misuse is detected.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

* Commit fraud.
* Launder money.
* Finance terrorism.
* Use stolen identities.
* Circumvent security controls.
* Interfere with Classyritty systems.
* Engage in illegal activities.

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

9. VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

Classyritty may request:

* Government-issued identification.
* Proof of address.
* Business registration documents.
* Source of funds information.

Failure to provide requested information may result in service restrictions.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

Classyritty employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to:

* Place holds on transactions.
* Freeze accounts temporarily.
* Reverse unauthorized transactions where legally permitted.

11. REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to:

* Successful investigation.
* Merchant approval where applicable.
* Applicable laws and regulations.

Classyritty is not liable for disputes arising from goods or services purchased from third parties.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Classyritty shall not be liable for:

* Indirect damages.
* Loss of profits.
* Business interruption.
* Delays caused by banks, regulators, telecommunications providers, or third parties.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount directly involved in the disputed transaction.

13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Classyritty may suspend or terminate accounts where:

* Fraud is suspected.
* False information is provided.
* Laws are violated.
* These Terms are breached.

Users may close their accounts by contacting customer support.

14. DATA PRIVACY

Classyritty processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

By using our services, users consent to such processing.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, software, content, and branding associated with Classyritty remain the exclusive property of Classyritty Ltd.

Users shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute Classyritty intellectual property without written authorization.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Classyritty shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:

* Natural disasters.
* Government actions.
* Telecommunications failures.
* Cyber attacks.
* Power outages.
* Events beyond our reasonable control.

17. AMENDMENTS

Classyritty may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
